such as the SAT and achieve higher grades in high school.
Stanford University
research has found that musical training improves how the
brain processes the spoken word, a finding that researchers
say could lead to improving the reading ability of children
who have dyslexia and other reading problems.
Children given four
months music training score 27 percent higher on
proportional math and fractions tests than other children.
Researchers have
